The
Emergency and Trauma care unit of Ludhiana
Mediciti works round the clock and manned
by well trained doctors and nursing staff
to handle all kinds of emergencies. Emergency
department is covered 24x7 by a team of consultants
from every specialty and super specialty ready
to receive any type of emergency at any given
time.
Emergency department is fully equipped with
latest equipments including ventilator with
minor Operation Theater attached. All emergency
drugs are kept loaded in syringes & checked
every day. ECG machine & portable X-ray
machine are present in Emergency. The CT scan
room is adjacent to it.
Emergency department has a separate, easily
accessible entry. We have 15 bedded Intensive
Care Unit . The emergency department of Mediciti
Hospital receives an average of 300 trauma
cases per annum and other surgical, medical
emergencies also. |
